198 Contemporary Arts and Learning is a space for the visual arts offering three core strands of engagement: Artistic, Education and Enterprise. Our artistic programme provides a platform for participation, exchange and dialogue for artists, our partners and diverse audiences. Our work is particularly focused on issues of social inclusion and diversity and seeks to engage with global issues while being rooted in the history of our locality. Photofusion provides a diverse range of photographic services that continually respond to the revolution and evolution of lens-based imagery. With analogue, digital and moving image facilities, Photofusion delivers vital training, support and career progression to photographers of all abilities
Courses for June & July: Life, Music and Lockdown uses photography, design and music to create an online exhibition. The course includes photography, mixed media artwork and collages for album covers and T-shirt designs along with music and sound to create soundscapes

Courses for June & July: The Lambeth WARRIOR Programme is an innovative introductory experience for BAME women aged 19-30. The WARRIOR Programme encourages self-discovery, confidence, reliance, love and care using creative expression through graphic design, Film/TV, radio and artistry. Key areas covered include Art, Media and Publishing, Enterprise and Health & Wellbeing, leading to experiences in the Creative Industries, Education, Employment, Enterprise and Active Citizenship. Pastoral and mentoring support is included for all participants for 12 months on completion of The WARRIOR Programme.

Croydon SAM was established to provide 21st Century knowledge and skills to learners of diverse backgrounds providing a wide variety of non-accredited and accredited courses.
Courses for June and July: non-accredited ESOL, maths, English, budgeting, business start-up, introduction to care and other courses to prepare learners for working in the care sector. Many courses lead onto qualifications starting September.
Delivering a variety of entrepreneurship training programmes open to residents and businesses based in Lambeth. Programmes offer a blend of business training, expert support and coaching to accelerate early-stage business to success. Foundervine support disadvantaged young people and adults from under-represented communities.
Courses for June & July: Lambeth Business Growth programme for businesses (training programme for early-stage businesses) and Startup 54 for residents (Build a digital startup business in under 54 hours).
Offering courses and support to help the disadvantaged and under-represented to improve their skills and gain a stronger voice for life, work and building active, resilient communities. High Trees is the lead partner in A Place for All, working with two other charities (IRMO and Baytree Centre) to support socially and economically excluded residents in Lambeth.
A wide range of accredited and non-accredited courses for adults including ESOL, Math, English Functional Skills, ICT, Family Learning and Community organising. There are also opportunities to explore and develop new careers in housing, catering and teaching.
Courses for June & July: Elementary maths; ESOL from beginners to Entry level 3; ESOL conversation club at Entry level 3; ‘I am not naughty, I have Autism’; Intro to Community Organising; Art of Confident Speaking. There is also a Wellbeing Support Service on offer.
Iconic Steps aims to develop a growth mindset in young people so they can overcome barriers and take their first steps towards an Iconic career.
Courses for June & July: Courses to help get young people into employment in the media industry focusing on Mental Health in the Creative Industries, Resilience building and Marketing Content creation. Following the course, learners can join the alumni programme and receive job opportunities from media partners such as Disney, ITV and See Saw Films.
Delivering qualifications to Lambeth employees through a Progress at Work programme to help low-paid staff improve their skills and qualifications. Other courses delivered in Lambeth include Skills for Employment, Active Citizenship, financial skills, English, maths and ESOL.

A variety of accredited and non-accredited courses delivered across Lambeth in partnership with organisations such as schools, children’s centres, sheltered schemes, residents’ associations, mental health support organisations and homelessness charities. Courses also run at Morley College’s centres in Stockwell and Westminster Bridge Road.

Support for people facing homelessness to find decent homes, build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives. The charity helps people with complex and multiple needs and manages services including street outreach, frontline hostels, day services, specialist supported housing and employment and skills schemes. Courses include English speaking skills, digital literacy and skills in finding employment and/or a volunteer opportunity.
Courses for June & July: The i-Reach digital literacy course will run for Thames Reach residents only.
The Old Vic is a gateway to a world of creative, social and employment opportunities in the theatre. We champion creative approaches to social mobility, education and engagement, seeking to support young people to be the best they can be.
Courses for June & July: The renowned Front Line programme for 19-25 year olds giving learners the opportunity to discover more about working front of house in a busy theatre and develop key transferable and employability skills in a series of exciting digital workshops. Covering employability skills, teamwork, customer service around front of house services. Includes mentoring, a mock interview and other support.
